Please send us a message should you have any question about your order.

Returns accepted for up to 7 days from receiving shipment.  Items must be unopened in order to receive a full refund back to form of payment used.  If products have been opened refunds in full are no longer honored.  Always send us a message should you question your order for any reason.

• Process for return- please contact us at bbherbalsvt@gmail.com to start refund.
• Send a email with reason for return, order #, and contact information with products you are returning.
• Customer is responsible for shipment back to B. B. Herbals.
